USCP is investigating a roughly zip lock bag with cocaine residue. The small bag was found on the floor of a hallway inside USCP headquarters. The area, which includes Prisoner Processing, Crime Scene, Intel, and Reports Processing, is heavily trafficked by various contractors, cleaning staff and employees.
