11 people got injured in a traffic accident caused by a vehicle which bumped into pedestrians and electric bicycles in Guangzhou, S. China’s Guangdong Province on Tue morning. A 49-y-o driver surnamed Huang is being questioned by the local police and an investigation into the accident is ongoing.
