BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo woman’s death is prompting new questions about railroad safety in our area. Police say 47-year-old Tyrina Mozee’s body was found on the train tracks on Gatchell Street last month. Investigators say she had been run over by a train with no engineer on board.
