HOUSTON — Gunfire hit an unmarked Houston Police Department vehicle Monday afternoon in what HPD believes was a case of road rage. They don’t believe the bullet was meant for the officer. The shooting happened along Cullen Boulevard near Hull Street in southeast Houston.
