Imam shot and critically wounded in a shooting outside Masjid Muhammad Mosque in Newark, New Jersey on January 3, 2024. At approximately 6:16 a.m. Wednesday morning, police responded to the mosque on South Orange Avenue and Camden Street and the victim is in critical condition.
