ANNAPOLIS — A juvenile is dead and another is in the hospital following a double shooting in Annapolis. It happened at 10:18 p.m. Thursday in the 1900 block of Copeland Street. Annapolis Police tell us one person was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was flown to Shock Trauma.
