Several ambulances were sent to the scene of a head-on crash involving a school bus carrying special-needs students and another vehicle Tuesday morning in Little Village, fire officials said. The head-on crash happened shortly before 11 a.m. near 31st Street and Kedzie Avenue. The Chicago Fire Department said at least 16 people were injured.
